Cancellation Policy
A 50% fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 50% of your service fee will also be charged and appointment will be canceled if clients are 10 minutes late for their appointment. After 3 cancellations/ no-shows, guest will only be able to utilize walk-in hours.
